Why was Yucon Consulting incorporated?

Yukon Consulting was founded in 2007 and since that time the company has worked with some of the most successful companies in Switzerland and Europe. Our founders recognized that the CEO’s had. A clear vision of where their company needs to go and what goals to achieve in simple terms of profitability and performance. But was missing on terms of client service, project management and internal organizational development.
Often there is no shortage of ideas within companies on how to improve. Achieving and sustaining higher levels of improvement, however, is very difficult. This is because actually communicating ideas throughout an organization, getting people to work across functions, physically changing processes and systems, and modifying the skills and behaviors of employees and managers is time-consuming and complicated. Executives and managers often lack the necessary time and resources to do this.
